Toni Koskela has been with TSV for ten years
Mason Toni Koskela has worked at TSV-Rakennus since the company’s early days. Over the past ten years, the company has grown significantly.

How did you end up working at TSV?
I followed in my father’s footsteps 30 years ago. Ten years ago Tuomo Svenn called me to work at TSV and since then I have been working here as a bricklayer. It’s been interesting to watch the company grow and become part of it myself.
How has TSV evolved over the years?
TSV has grown significantly since the early days when there were only a dozen of us working. The number of employees has increased and the size of the sites has also grown dramatically over the last few years. This is also reflected in our own work, as we work longer hours on the same sites than before.
What is the best thing about TSV?
Construction is a team sport, where the result of the company is the sum of all employees. TSV has had a good working environment throughout my career, which shows that something is being done right. In many other construction companies, the work is very seasonal. Such a big growth would not be possible without the appreciation of the employees.
Why apply to work for TSV?
TSV is a company where employees are valued and listened to. I like the fact that you can influence what you do. TSV-Building is a low-hierarchical company where management is not just dictated to, but where there is flexibility on the part of both employees and management. I have enjoyed my time at TSV very much and that is why I am still working here after ten years.
