The Venevaja is a stylish and versatile modular building, ideal for coastal landscapes or other natural settings. The basic model has a floor area of 35 m² and includes modern amenities such as underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and an energy-efficient air-source heat pump. The boathouse can also be customised to suit your needs: you can add a sauna, a sleeping area for the children or a spacious terrace overlooking the countryside.
The living area is located in the same space as the sleeping area, providing a place to relax and socialise. The living area opens directly onto a spacious terrace, which also extends the space outside.
