A modern, approximately 1380 m² hall is being built in the Kromilaakso industrial area in Tornio, where you can flexibly rent a 120 m² space to suit your needs. Office and customer service facilities are possible in the main building, ask for more information.

The site is conveniently located along the Kromitie road leading to the Outokumpu steelworks, only about 4 km from the factory and about 3 km from the E4 motorway. The internal height of the hall is 7.5 m, and the dimensions of a single block are 20 m deep and 6 m wide. The halls can be combined to form a larger unit and are equipped with 4.5 m high false doors.
