Niilontalo

The renovation of the Nilontalo educational building is a great example of our craftsmanship! This Art Nouveau building underwent a complete renovation, including the replacement of water and sewer systems and bathrooms. The façade of the building was freshened up with an extensive exterior renovation painting, which brought new life and dignity to the building.

All surfaces of the site were carefully renovated with respect for the old, while the technology was updated to meet today’s requirements. The client was particularly pleased with the end result, the high quality of the work and the fact that the project was completed on time and within budget.
