This site was well on time and on budget. The quality of the renovation resulted in a very positive change in the overall appearance of the building, making it a fine and impressive apartment building.

In addition to the façade renovation, Tornio Voitatti also carried out a comprehensive renovation of the entire building’s surroundings. In addition to the replacement of the exterior roof, the drainage, stormwater system, dam plates and insulation were upgraded, which will significantly contribute to the building’s lifetime and energy efficiency. The renovation of the courtyard areas improved the overall appearance and functionality of the property, creating a modern and attractive environment for residents.
